About Us
LMA The Virginias Chapter was formed in 1999. We hold monthly meetings in the Richmond metro area, and our Hampton Roads City Group holds monthly breakfast meetings in Norfolk.
Whenever possible, the Richmond meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month and are typically luncheons. Please go to the Events page to see exact dates and times for our upcoming programs. For luncheon meetings, the social and networking part of the meeting starts at 11:30 AM and lunch is at noon. The meetings include a formal presentation that starts by 12:15 PM. Meetings usually adjourn by 1:30 PM.
Chapter Membership is open to all national LMA members, and Chapter affiliation is generally assigned by geographical location. However, if you are a member of another LMA Chapter, you can also belong to LMA The Virginias Chapter for $75 annually. We also have non-member rates, so feel free to attend any of our events.
